The Challenge

Lynne had already worked with four other agencies to fill her Neveskin slimming and toning appointments, and none of them made it work. The last time she ran ads for body contouring, she spent $2,000 a month and got one or two customers a month for it. It was bad enough that she paused the ads entirely. For the next two years she ran no ads for the service and stopped focusing on the machine.

What We Did

We ran the Growth Now Method at both of her locations: one Neveskin slimming and toning offer built to convert, direct response ads to put it in front of the right people in Bozeman and Billings, and our team following up on every lead for a full seven days. Every appointment was booked with a deposit at the time of booking, so the calendar filled with people who had committed. Lynne’s only job was to close.

The Results

From September 1 to October 1, the two locations booked 116 appointments on $4,900 in total ad spend, about $42 per booking.

Bozeman, MT booked 76 appointments on $2,485.83 in ad spend. Billings, MT booked 40 on $2,414.33.

Lynne collected well over $20,000 from those bookings in her first month with us. Before, $2,000 a month brought in one or two customers. Now, about $2,450 a month per location brings in 40 to 76.
